Croxton is a civil parish in North Lincolnshire, England. It lies just south of the A180, 1 mile (1.6 km) north-west of Kirmington and 7 miles (11 km) west from Immingham.
In the 2001 census the parish had a population of 36.[1]
Croxton Grade II* listed Anglican parish church is dedicated to St John the Evangelist.[2] The church, mainly Early English, was restored by James Fowler of Louth in 1876.[3]
Within the parish is Yarborough Camp where Roman coins have been found.[4]
